Ho fuck, this old man argued with both me AND my boss yesterday about a bottle of oil. He insisted that he payed for 5 bottles of Penzoil. When infact you only pay for as much as we put into the engin. This means that he payed for 4.3 leaters of oil not 5. Dispite the fact that we did explain this to him, and we told him our policy (as well as every other Mr Lube in Alberta) does not give out the partial contaiers of oil. WE USE THEM! I also had several people ask me what the winter bundle was 2 seconds after I explain it. Fuck. Listen to me when I am explaining shit. Gawd. On another note. I am now fully certified and can make comission. I looked at MS (which is how much we sold on average) and in 9 cars I sold $123 which for someone on their first day of selling shit is pretty good. Carla (whom started at the same time as me) made $73. But she kept getting fleet vehicals and those have limits which sucks ’cause you won’t sell as much. But the fact that we are doing it on our own now is pretty awesome.
